Refund Policy

At TrendTee, we want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

• You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  

• It must also be in the original packaging.
  
  

Non-returnable items:

• Sale or discounted items
  

• Customized or personalized products
  
  

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  

• If approved, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within a certain number of days (typically 5–7 business days).
  
  

Exchanges:

• If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our support team.
  

• The exchange will only be processed if the item is in the same condition as when it was received.

  We have 7 day exchange policy; if the exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days 

Return Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over ₹500.
